Don’t Have an Alcoholic Beverage … Gamble!

March 9th, 2026 at 9:25

If you like to have a beverage every now and then, leave your money out of the casino if you set out to do your drinking in a casino. I’m serious. Clean out your pocketbook, your wallet, and leave all cash, plastic credit and chequebooks back at the hotel. Take only the money you expect to use on drinks, tipping and only the pocket change you intend to burn and keep the remainder behind.

Cynical? Absolutely not. Just realistic. You may well experience a profit following a drunken night out with your buddies and be lucky enough to hit a long roll at a hot craps game. Hang on to that story seeing that it is as short-lived as it gets if you always consume alcohol and wager. These activities just don’t mix.

Leaving your moola at home is a bit drastic, but defensive actions for dramatic behavior is necessary. If you gamble to profit, then don’t drink alcohol and gamble. If you like to be wasteful with your money without a worry, then consume all the gratuitous booze you are able to handle, but do not take credit cards and cheques to throw into the mix of chasing squanderings after your bombed head throws away every little thing!

Permit me to take this a single step further. Don’t drink alcohol and then head on to the internet to wager in your favorite online casino either. I enjoy a beverage from the comfort of my abode, however considering that I am connected through Neteller, Firepay and keep credit cards at my fingertips, I can’t drink alcohol and bet.

What’s the reason? Although I don’t drink alcohol a lot, when I consume alcohol, it is absolutely enough to blur my judgment. I gamble, so I do not consume alcohol when betting. If you are more of a drinker, don’t bet when you do. Both create a decimating, and crazy, drink.
