Don’t Drink … Play!

November 12th, 2022 at 6:25

If you like to have a beer ever so often, leave your money at home if you plan to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Empty your handbag, your billfold, and keep all cash, charge cards and checkbooks out of the casino. Only take whatever money you anticipate to spend on refreshments, tipping and whatever pocket change you intend to lose and keep the rest behind.

Pessimistic? Not at all. Just realistic. You might experience a profit following a boozy night out with your friends and be lucky enough to hit a long toss at a hot craps table. Hang on to that adventure because it is as short-lived as it gets if you always drink and wager. The pair just don’t mix.

Keeping your money back at the hotel might be a little drastic, but precautionary actions for dramatic actions is compulsory. If you bet to profit, then don’t drink alcohol and gamble. If you are able to afford to throw aside your money without a concern, then consume all the gratuitous alcohol your stomach are able to handle, but do not take charge cards and checkbooks to throw into the mix of going after losses after your drunken brain loses all the cash!

Let me to carry this one step more. Don’t drink and then head on the internet to play in your favorite online casino either. I love to cocktail from the comfort of my house, however seeing that I’m hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and have charge cards near by, I can not consume alcohol and wager.

How come? Even though I don’t drink to excess, once I drink, it’s clearly sufficient to befuddle my judgment. I bet, so I do not drink alcohol when wagering. If you are more of a drinker, do not gamble at the same time. Both create a dangerous, and costly, cocktail.
