Do Not Drink … Play!

July 3rd, 2021 at 5:25

If you enjoy having a a beverage every so often, keep your cash out of the casino if you set out to do your consuming in a casino. I am serious. Leave your purse, your wallet, and leave all cash, plastic credit and cheques back at the hotel. Pack whatever cash you anticipate to use on refreshments, tipping and whatever pocket change you expect to throw away and keep the rest behind.

Cynical? Not at all. Realistic more like. You might have a profit after a drunken night out with your friends and be lucky sufficiently to catch a 25 minute roll at a smokin craps game. Don’t forget that account because it’s as short-lived as it gets if you consistently drink and bet. The pair simply don’t go well together.

Leaving your moola back at the hotel might be a little bit dramatic, but precautionary actions for dramatic actions is essential. If you gamble to profit, then do not consume alcohol and play. If you like to be wasteful with your cash nary a worry, then drink all the complimentary alcohol you can handle, but do not carry charge cards and checks to throw into the mix of following squanderings after your befuddled self squanders everything!

Permit me to take this 1 step more. Don’t consume alcohol and then head on to the internet to bet in your favorite casino either. I enjoy a drink from the comfort of my condominium, but considering that I’m connected through Neteller, Firepay and keep plastic credit at my fingertips, I can not drink and bet.

What’s the reason? Even though I don’t drink alcohol a lot, once I consume alcohol, it is certainly adequate to befuddle my better judgment. I bet, so I do not drink when betting. If you are more of a drinker, do not gamble when you do. Both make for a dangerous, and costly, drink.
